Building plots, now being scarce, are selling for up to £1 million plus in top locations, however you can still find sites in Quinta for £595,000. Newly built villas sell from around £1.8 million. |
| New developers and investors are flocking to Quinta. The first group to buy plots for around £ 600,000, build a house for around £500,000 and selling the whole lot for £1.8 million. The second group to buy a newly built luxury villa for £1.8 million which they probably can sell within a year for £2.2 million plus. Simply amazing! |
