Browns is proud to present a complete program of open activities, allowing you to improve your fitness in the way you like best.
• Water-aerobics - 60 minutes of water aerobics.
• Abdominals - 30 minutes of continuous work on the abdominal zone to improve muscular strength.
• Flexibility - 30 minutes of exercises to improve posture and body awareness, using techniques of alignment and relaxation.
• Bottom Half - 30 minutes of specific exercises for toning and strengthening the muscles of the legs.
• Localised - 60 minutes of intense localised work, for specific muscular development and definition.
• Step Beginners - 60 minute high cardiovascular development / low impact class, with basic steps introducing the student to Step.

• Step Intermediate - 60 minute high cardiovascular development / low impact class, for students already familiar with Step.

• Step Moderate to High Impact - 50 minute class, with changing choreography over a series of 4 classes.
• Step High Impact - continuation class following from Step Moderate to High Impact. Here, choreography and rhythm become more complex.
• Step - this class consists of a mixture of Step, fun and work, pulling out all the stops.
• Circuit - 60 minutes of different training exercises working on general physical condition and the most important muscle groups in regular rotation.
• Spinning - Spinning training is suitable for persons of any age who want to stay in shape in a way that is fun. Each participant regulates his/her own strength levels. It is a great way to define the muscles of the legs, shoulders and arms without high impact; 30 to 30 - 30 minutes of Step with basic movements and strength work, followed by 30 minutes of exercises for the abdominals. Ideal for the less experienced.
• Extra Gap - 45 minutes of intensive work on the abdominals and legs. Body Tech - this is a diverse class and works all the muscles (legs, abdominals and arms). It is an excellent way to start your day, or to prepare for a new week.
• Activities with Children - during these classes, children have the opportunity to familiarise themselves with games and equipment, as well as individual activities necessary for healthy motor development.
• Archery - a 60 minute class for lovers of this sport.
• Gymnasium - fitted with state of the art equipment, here you can request a program most suitable to your needs.
Beyond this program of open activities, Browns presents a further series of optional activities: Swimming for Adults, Swimming for Children, Swimming for Babies, Yoga, Football School, Tennis and Archery.
In addition we offer Tennis courts, Squash courts, Racket ball courts, Basketball courts, Beach Football, Beach Volley ball, Beach Handball, Five a-side Football, Hockey, Heated Swimming Pool, Exterior Swimming Pool, Sauna, Turkish Bath, Relaxation Salon, Massage and Salon etc..
All our sport instructors are duly qualified and able to advise according to individual fitness needs.
